How it works

Validation first. Everything downstream follows.

Constraints get checked before drawings exist — so nothing gets designed, priced, or proposed against a requirement that was never going to clear.

Define and size

Your objective sets the sizing math. Interval data gets parsed to peak kW, load factor, and the events that set each month's billing demand. A bill gets read for rate schedule, billed demand, and time-of-use windows.

Verify before design

Location drives requirements. The AHJ's adopted code, fire department access and separation rules, and the utility's interconnection process all get checked while the project can still change cheaply.

Package the project

Compatible equipment, budgetary pricing, preliminary design with renderings, and a formal proposal — plus support through inspection, design review, installation, and commissioning.

Fifteen-minute or hourly meter readings, ideally twelve months. Most utilities let you download this from your account portal as a CSV.
